Prior to my absence, I wanted to start a new thing on this platform. As I share in the podcast, this is the time for something new for me. I always wanted to create a faith-based mental health podcast. I am thinking this is it. I wanted you all to be the first to hear it and let me know what you think. What else would you like to anticipate for the future? I am taking things one day at a time and want to take you along the journey with me. I am not sure what that will fully look like, but I am curious to see where we end up. New blog and episode coming soon.
